We pride ourselves on providing premium Bed and Breakfast accommodation. The Earlsdale is the perfect base to explore Ilfracombe, Exmoor and North Devon; whether by car or on foot. We are also close-by the popular Tunnels Beach venue and South West Coast Path.

The Earlsdale is an imposing yet peaceful and relaxing Victorian Villa. Our en-suite rooms offer a range of accommodation options with Twin, Double, Kingsize and SuperKing options - please note all our rooms are Adult Only (16+) and we do not accept pets. We also have a fully licensed bar lounge onsite offering a relaxing space to unwind in the evening before dinner. We also offer 7kW Charging onsite for Electric Vehicles for a small fee.

Deposits - for direct bookings you will receive our most competitive rate. A £50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable at the point of booking. If the booking is cancelled with less than 7 days notice then the full amount will be payable.

Breakfast - served between 07:30 - 09:00 every morning. (see menu below - delicious Vegan and Vegetarian choices on our standard menu everyday)

Free Parking onsite. We have 5 car parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis. If you cannot get parked, please instead park just opposite on Bicclescombe Park Road, free on-street parking all year round.

EV Charging - We have an 7kW charge point onsite available for guest use, this can be used for a small fee, please let us know at time of booking if you require the charger. 

​

Licensed Premises - a selection of Beers, Ciders,  Wines, Spirits and Soft Drinks available. We kindly request that guests do not bring their own alcohol onsite with them. Our honesty bar is open until 21:00 every evening.

Eating Out - We strongly recommend that you book your evening meals at local restaurants as soon as possible as many get fully booked far in advance - please ask us for assistance when you book your stay at The Earlsdale - we are happy to help.
